Issue by ClearFlowPlus p.l.c. (“Issuer”) of an offer of €25,000,000 4.25% Unsecured Bonds 2033 (“Bonds”)

In terms of Rule 4.48 of the Capital Markets Rules, notice is hereby given that ClearFlowPlus p.l.c. has issued a Prospectus dated 20 July 2023 relating to an offer of Bonds.

The Bonds are guaranteed jointly and severally by Water Services Corporation, a corporation established in Malta by virtue of the Water Services Act (Cap. 355 of the Laws of Malta).

The Bonds are being issued to the public in accordance with the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority. The Bonds are expected to be admitted to the Green Bond List of the Malta Stock Exchange on 1 September 2023 and trading is expected to commence on 4 September 2023.

Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Limited (“CCIS”) acts as Sponsor to ClearFlowPlus p.l.c.
